Alan McCappin
BA (Hons), ACCA - Practice Manager

Alan McCappin is an ACCA and XERO certified accountant with over 10 years of experience in practice. He is right at home dealing with start-ups, small businesses, CIS contractors and self-employed individuals.

He comes from an all-round accounting background and uses his experience to ensure clients receive the best possible service and can maximise their wealth by managing their taxation exposure.

After completing his degree in Accounting & Finance he quickly found work in an accountancy practice providing specialist tax advice in the construction industry, and to small-to-medium-sized owner-managed businesses. After the expansion to a second office, he was promoted to practice manager. Over the years he has developed a wide array of experience in a variety of industries including automotive, marine and charitable sectors.

At Bradleys, Alan is responsible for the smooth running of the practice which includes playing a key role in the overall performance and strategy of the business. In addition to supervising the preparation of tax returns and completion of client engagements, he is well placed to provide practical advice and assistance to both companies and individuals.

Jean-Marie Ansah
AAT Part-qualified - Client Manager

Jean-Marie Ansah joined Bradleys way back in 1998 for her very first tax season. Her role at Bradleys sees her immersed in many different aspects of accounting including preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements, producing quarterly VAT returns, accounts preparation for companies, sole traders and partnerships, liaising with tax authorities, processing weekly and monthly payrolls, and completing personal and partnership Tax Returns.

She works with clients on a daily basis and helps a range of individuals and businesses with their daily accounting needs.

Roy Adesola Adeduwon
Junior Accountant

Adesola is an AAT qualified and ACCA part-qualified accountant with over 3 years of experience in accounts and bookkeeping. He joined Bradleys in late 2015 and works particularly with our start-up clients.

As a junior accountant he also deals with all aspects of accountancy and tax matters as well as resolving any client issues via email, telephone and face to face meetings.

Rosemary Holden
Administrative Assistant

Rosemary is still thought of as the ‘new-girl’ although she has been with us since 2013.

Prior to her employment with Bradleys, Rosie worked for 8 years with the BT Group as administrative assistant. She has over 15 years of experience and has held clerical positions with various organisations.

In her current role, Rosie provides administrative and operational support to the practice manager and staff members. Her responsibilities include coordinating calendars for appointments and meetings, proofreading and processing all firm correspondence, assisting the tax department with scanning and filing. Being in a customer facing position, she deals with new and existing client queries by phone and in person.

In summary, she oversees the overall workflow and does whatever it takes to keep the Bradleys machine running smoothly.

Chris Robinson
BA (Hons), ACA, ACCA - Chairman

An ICAEW-qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, Chris qualified with KPMG and has been in practice for over 20 years. After leaving KPMG, he ran his own management consultancy firm providing accounting and part time FD services to owner-managed businesses in the Yorkshire area. From there he joined the dot com boom and spent three years as a Finance Director of an AIM-listed ISP.

In 2002, he was a founding member of the team to take over JCJ (now HCL Doctors), a specialist locum recruitment agency, which grew from a turnover of £1 million to £30 million within 3 years.

Chris currently provides Strategic Direction to a portfolio of businesses; specialising in Accounting, IT, Recruitment and support services.
